Terms of Use
These are interim terms and are being finalised with legal counsel. By using ClinicalAssessment.io you agree to the following.
1. A tool for licensed clinicians
ClinicalAssessment.io is a documentation tool. It does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a clinician. Every assessment, care plan, and report is authored, reviewed, and signed by the qualified clinician using the software, who is solely responsible for its content and use.
2. Registration & attestation
Reports may only be exported by, or under the authority of, an appropriately licensed or registered health practitioner in your jurisdiction (for example, AHPRA registration in Australia, or your state license / NPI in the United States). You must provide your registration or licensing details and confirm the attestation shown before export. Providing false credentials, or producing a report you are not qualified or authorised to produce, is prohibited and may be unlawful.
3. Accuracy & payer / funder use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and of the final report you sign. The software drafts from what you provide and does not verify clinical facts. Reports submitted to a payer or funder (for example, Medicare in the US or the NDIS in Australia) must be true, accurate, and compliant with that payer’s requirements.
4. Privacy
You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to enter a patient’s or participant’s information. Data is processed to generate your report and handled in line with our privacy practices. Do not upload information you are not authorised to share.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the software to produce false, misleading, or fraudulent documents, to impersonate a practitioner, or in breach of any law or professional obligation. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
